We're experts in event & travel planning with the experience to execute exceptional team retreats even if your team is distributed around the world. We take care of everything end-to-end and even have someone on location for your entire trip to ensure it's stress free for everyone.
Our founder
Team Away was founded by Arianne Welsh, a keen traveller who has worked for several years to produce large scale events and organise complex global travel arrangements for companies including the National Theatre, NTS, The Lowry & TickX.
Arianne has visited over 40 countries which, combined with her love of event and travel organisation inspired her to setup Team Away.
Having attended her fair share of uninspiring team building days and events, Arianne's mission is to make Team Away organised trips exceed all the goals of traditional team building, but in a way your employees will rave about.
