From looking at our proposal, you hopefully decide you would like to work with us! We refine your trip plan, agree dates and lock in prices for key elements such as the flights and accommodation.

We hone your itinerary, and lock in the various elements. We ask that you send a simple form out to all employees with the information we will need so we can check them into flights, etc.

We really get cracking with the finer details now and leave you to count down the days until your trip!

A member of our team will be on location for your whole trip to ensure it runs seamlessly.
